very nice scrap kit

I am using the artwork of Barbara Jensen

you have to have a license to use her artwork

Open new canvas 600 X 600 fill with white

Open paper 22 copy and paste as new layer

Layers load from disk Zuzzanna_Mask 36

load delete mask click yes and merge group.

Find frame 4 copy and paste as new layer

and with magic wand click inside of frame

selections modity 5

and find paper 13 copy and paste as new layer

selections invert delete

and move paper below frame selections select none

Find lace copy and paste as new layer

behind frame and paper layers

and with deformation tool

pull the lace layer out some on all sides

give drop shadow

V & H 1

opacity 50

blur 3

color #b3c5a0

and give frame same drop shadow.

Find flower3 copy and paste as new layer

resize 70 percent 2 times

and give same drop shadow

Find bow7 copy and paste over flower

and move below flower layer

and paste the bow again over flower ..

with freehand tool

draw around the part of the flower leaves

until looks open look at mine

give both bows same drop shadow.

Find butterfly4 copy and paste as new layer

move to top right frame and same drop shadow

only change color to black..

with deformation tool

angle butterfly towards right some and duplicate

and place left bottom of frame..

now find blue beaded heart

and resize 60 percent and place on bow

and resize 60 percent and duplicate

and place like mine.

Find floralbow2

resize 60 percent and place like mine over the hearts.

Find flower 7 resize 35 percent

copy and paste as new layer

resize 40 percent and place on white strip of frame

look at mine

and duplicate 2 times and place like mine..

Now for some text and your copyright

font of choice

I used Eyecandy 4000 gradient glow

on my name

and Broken Destiny text.

Glow width 4.00

Soft corners 25

Overall Opacity 100

Draw only outside selections checked

Color White

Give same drop shadow to name and text Broken Destiny ..

now close all layers except the butterfly layers

merge these visible

turn layers on

now close all layers again

except hearts and the flower bow on hearts

merge these visible

turn all layers back on

and close all layers once more

except for the 3 small flowers

merge these visible

turn all layers on..

Effects DSB Flux Bright noise

Intensity 32

mix on 1

for small flower layer

and do the same for butterfly layer and heart layer.

Copy Merge A S paste as new animation.

PSP Edit undo bright noise on all 3 layers

and Effects DSB Flux Bright noise

mix 2 times on all 3 layers

and Copy Merge and A S Paste after current frame.

PSP Edit undo Bright noise on all 3 layers..

Effects DSB Flux Bright noise on all 3 layers

Copy Merge and A S Paste after current frame.

Resize 85 percent 3 times

and view animation

if look ok then save as
