Resize to fit Frame look at mine

Deformation Tool Rotate on each small round Circle

Place Flower 6 and Resize to fit

Give Drop Shadow of Choice

Scrap Kit Find white Butterfly

Copy and Paste as New Layer

Resize to look like mine

Place at Top Left Corner

Scrap Kit Find Black Butterfly

do same way and place on large Heart like mine

Scrap Kit find Bow 4 Copy and Paste as New Layer

Resize and Rotate with Deformation Tool

place like mine on Heart

Add your name and Copyrights

I used EyeCandy 4000 Glass on my name

Add Border 20 Pixel White

With Magic Wand Click in side Border
