Open template#233 delete copyrights

click on raster large circle selections select all

copy and paste as new layer selections invert delete

Delete template # 233 circle

Click on template # 233 rectangle1

Selecltions select all

Selections invert selections invert delete

Keep selected and find your tube of choice copy and paste as new layer

resize 80 percent

look at mine and place tube selections invert delete drop shadow

on rectangle 3 copy and paste same tube and resize 80 percent

fade the tube Layer opaciy to 60 percent

If you are using same tube as I am you need a license #

Scrap Kit paper 1 resize 70 percent

copy and paste as new layer selections invert delete

drop shadow and give all layers drop shadow

Scrap kit find element rose 3 resize 65 percent 3 times mirror and place

on the tow the line layer drop shadow

Scrap Kit find element umbrella resize 65 percent place like mine

and with the deformation tool pull and stretch to look like mine

move the handle below the gold frame circle drop shadow

Scrap Kit find element Nature Mix Frebbie 7

copy and paste as new layer resize 65 percent 2 times

place and rotate with deformation tool drop shadow

Scrap Kit element wrap 1 resize 65 percent and place

on template #233 bottom rectangle 3 drop shadow

and resize to fit with deformation tool

Scrap Kit bow 1 resize 65 percent 3 times and place at bottom

of rectangle 2 drop shadow

Template #233 background layer fill with colour white above your

background paper 1 copy and paste as new layer

with deformations tool pull out to size of background layer

find WSL_Mask 38 layers load mask merge group

Scrap Kit find glitter gem element resize 65 percent

click on background layer of Template#233 image mirror

merge down

Add your name and copyrights

I used gradient glow on my name

Settings

Glow Width 3.00

Soft Corners 25

Overall Opacity 100

Draw Only Outside Selections Checked

ClickOk

Now we are ready to animate

Effects DSB Flux Bright Noise

Intensity 35

Mix click 1 time

Click Ok

Copy merge

Animation Shop

Paste as new animation

Back PSP EDit undo Bright Noise

Effects DSB Flux Bright Noise

Mix click 2 times

Click Ok

Copy merge

Animation Shop

Paste after current frame

Back PSP Edit undo bright nose

Effects DSB Flux Bright Noise

Click mix 3 times

Click Ok

Copy merge
