Tools Needed
3 tubes of choice
misted flower,main tube and a butterfly
pattern of choice
Unplugged Tool Talusi
Graphic Plus
VDL Snowflakes
New image 600 X 450 fill with color from your flower tube
Selections tool draw out a rectangle size of mine
fill with same color of background
Effects Texture effects blinds
Settings
Width 5
Opacity 45
Horizontal checked
Color white click ok
Give drop shadow V H-1
Opacity 70
Blur 0
Color black
Click OK
Give same drop shadow again V H 2
With selections tool draw out a rectangle like mine
Find your pattern of choice
Angle 180 Scale 100 click ok
give drop shadow V-H 1 Opacity 70 Blur 4.00
Click OK
Selections select none
Copy and paste your flower as new layer
Find the butterfly tube copy and paste as new layer
drop shadow
Find your main tube and copy and paste as new layer
duplicate on copy lower opacity on 72
duplicate your flower tube and place behind
your main tube if not misted with flowers
on your main tube go to effects Unplugged Tool

Settings
13-8-64-48-32-64-255-0 click ok
Add your name and copyrights
Layers merge all flatten
Image add border 3 pixel black
Image add border 12 pixel white
With magic wand click inside of border
fill with a gold gradient
Effects Graphic Plus filter
Cross Shadow default settings
Selections select none
Image add border pixel 3 black
Click on selection tool draw rectangle over blind part
Layers new raster layer name rain
Effects VDL Adrenaline -Snowflakes
Settings
Amount 250
Size range begin 0
Size range end 6
Hardness 100
Transparency 0
Basic snow
Random Seed 0
Click Ok
Adjust blur motion blur
Angle 167 Strengh 30
Selections select none
Animation Shop
Paste as new animation
Back to PSP
Edit undo snowflakes and motion blur
Effects snowflakes move random seed slider 5
Adjust motion blur
Selections select none
Copymerge Animation Shop
Paste after current frame
Back to PSP Edit undo snowflakes and motion blur
Effects snowflakes move random seed slider and click OK
Adjust motion blur Click Ok
Cpy merge Animation Shop
Paste after current frame
View Animation if look ok
Resize 85 percent 2 times
