scrap kit scroll 1 place over dark grey frame

resize to fit over dark grey frame

find your tube of choice

If using same tube I am you need a License # to use

with freehand tool draw around the scroll

copy and paste your tube as a new layer

selections invert delete

Selections select none drop shadow

Copy and paste your tube again and resize 80 percent 2 times and with

deformation tool rotate a little like mine

give drop shadow

Scrap kit paper 7 copy and paste as new layer

move to above template#5 white background layer

Find your mask WSL_Mask 84

Lyers load load from disk find WSL_Mask 84 load merge group

With deformation tool pull mask layer out all around

Add elements of choice resize and drop shadow

Scrap kit bling doodle 1 resize 75 percent place like mine

above the mask layer duplicate and mirror

Add your name and copyrights

Add gradient glow to your name same settings as before

drop shadow

To animate the bling doodle s close all layers except for doodles

layers merge visible

Open all layers and click on merged layer

DSB Flux filter

Effects

DSB Flux bright noise

Intensity 35 Mix 1 time

Click Ok

Copymerge

Animation Shop

Paste as new animation

Back to PSP Edit undo bright noise

Effects DSB Flux bright noise mix 2 times click ok

Copymerge

Animation Shop

Paste after currnet frame

Back to PSP Edit undo bright noise

Effects DSB Flux bright noise mix 3 times

Copymerge

View animations if look ok resize and save as

Merge group with deformation tool pull mask out on all sides

Scrap kit candle resize 65 percent 2 times

place like mine Scrap kit flower 6

copy and paste as new layer resize 65 percent 3 times

place like mine and duplicate 2 times and place on candle

like mine drop shadow them

Add your name and copyrights

I put gradient glow on my name

Settings

Gradient Glow 3.00

Overall Opacity 100

Draw Only Outside Selections checked

Click Ok

Now for animations

Copy merge

Animation Shop

Paste as new animation

Paste after frame until you have 10 frames

Find a animated canlde flame

Edit select all image select all

drag flame and place on candle flame on image

View animation and if look ok resize and save as
