Scrap kit Sweet Valentine by Missy FTU
Template 10 by Missy
Eyecandy 4000
Tube of choice
DSB FLUX filter

Lets get started,open Template 10
Duplicate and delete main one and delete copyrights
click on grey background of template10
Selections select all,selections float
Scrap kit select paper 4 resize 80 percent
copy and paste as new layer,selections invert delete
selections select none, template 10 delete background grey

Template 10 click on frame selections select all
selections floatselections select none
Effects 3D effects drop shadow V&H 2 Opacity 60 Blur 5.00 color black
click ok
Effects 3D effects V&H -2 click ok

Template 10 click on large heart
selections select all floatScrap kit papers click on paper 1 resize 80 percent2 times
copy and paste as new layer selections invert delete
delete template10 large heart
leave selected get your tube of choice
I am using artwork of Keith Garvey and to use his artwork
you will need a license
copy and paste your tube and resize 80 percent
selections invert delete selections select none

Go to your preset shapes tools and find heartshape1
solid line width 15 color white and draw out a heart
frame over the paper 1 and tube, layers convert to raster layer
Effects 3D effects inner bevel
Settings
Bevel 2
Width 8
Smoothness 80
Depth 10
Ambience 100
Shininess 0
Color pink
Angle 0
Intensity 40
Ekevatuib 40
Click OK

Template 10 click on thin Rectangle
selections select all FloatLayers new raster layer fill with #ffb9d1
Effects Texture effects
Blinds
Width 5
Opacity 30
Light from left Top checked
color white
Selections select none delete thin rectangle from template10
give drop shadow

Template 10 click on medium heart
selections select all Floatfrom scrap kit button 1 resize 75 percent 2 times
copy and paste as new layer over heart
Selections innvert delete selections select none

Effects 3D effects inner bevel
Bevel 2 Width 8 Smoothness 40 Depth 6 Ambei
nce 32
Shininess 0 Angle 0 Intensity 40 Elevation 50 color pink
click ok
Give drop shadow and give the two small hearts same bevel
and drop shadow

Scrap kit bling 2 resize 75 percent 2 times
and rotate 90 right and place like mine
duplicate mirror
Scrap kit word art chrome resize 75 percent and place like mine
Scrap kit pink butterfly resize 75 percent and place like mine
Duplicate some of the small hearts and place around like mine

Scrap kit the chrome love charm
resize 40 percent 2 times and place above butterfly

Font of choice write your copyrights and name
I used gradient glow on my name
with eyecandy 4000
Glow width 5.00
Soft Corners 25
Overall Opacity 100
Draw Only Outside selections checked
drop shadow name

Close off all layers except doodle layers and merge visible
Effects DSB Flux Bright noise Intensity 40 mix 1 time click ok
copy merge
Animation Shop
paste as new animation
back to psp edit undo bright noise

Effects DSB Flux bright noise Intensity mix 2 times click ok
Animation Shop paste after currant frame
Back to PSP edit undo bright noise
Effects DSB Flux bright noise Intensity Mix 3 times click ok
copymerge
Animation Shop
paste after currant frame
View animationif look ok resize 85 percent 2 times and save as
