Tools Needed
Scrap Kit by Fantasy Moments
Tube
Eyecandy 4000
Mask WSL_Mask 17

Scrap Kit by FantasyMoments Be My Valentine

WSL_Mask 17 by Weescotslass
HERE
put wsl_mask 17 in psp mask folder
Tube of choice

Open new image fill with color white
Scrap kit open paper 24 copy and paste as new layer
resize 80 percent

Layers load save mask from disk and find WSL_Mask 17
Fit to canvas checked
Source Luminance checked
Show all mask checked
click load

Delete mask from layer pallete and say yes
merge group

Scrap Kit element 76 copy and paste as new layer
resize 70 percent with deform tool pull mask layer
out some on each side
With magic wand click inside the heart
copy and paste your tube of choice
I am using artwork of Keith Garvey and to use his art
you need a license HERE resize your tube 80 percent
selections invert delete, selections select none
copy and paste tube again resize 80 percent and line up
over first tube,give both tubes drop shadow
With freehand tool circle tube and cut all hanging off of frame

Scrap kit element 68 resize 55 percent 2 times
place at left top of heart and give drop shadow
scrap kit element 14 resize 55 percent 2 times
with deform tool rotate like you like and place to left
give drop shadow

Scrap kit element 7 resize 55 percent 2 times place on right of heart
drop shadow
Write text left bottom Be My Valentine
font of choice give gradient glow
Settings
Glow width 5.00
Soft Corners 25
Overall Opacity 100
Draw Only Outside Selections Checked
Click OK
and give drop shadow

Add copyrights and name and give same gradient glow and drop shadow

Click on mask layer and with deform tool pull out some more

Effects Alien skin Xenofex2 Constellation

Settings
Star size 2.00
Size Varistion 1
Edge Star Density 1
Overall Star Density 0
Overdrive 100
Twinkle Amount 75
Twinkle Rotation 45
Keep Original Image Checked
Random Seed 1
Click OK
Copy merge
Animation Shop
Paste as new animation

Back to PSP
Edit undo Constellation
Effects Xenofex Constellation again
settings the same click Random Seed and click ok
copy merge
Animation Shop
Paste after currant frame

Back to PSP Edit undo Constellation
Effects Xenofex Constellation again and settings same
Click Random Seed and Click Ok..

Download any animated candle flame and have 3 frames
Edit select all and Animation gif select all , click on candle flame and place over candle
View Animation if look ok resize 85 percent 2 times and save as
