Open template#30 duplicate and delete main one
delete copyright image canvas size 600 x 600

Template # 30 click on black frame
Scrap Kit click on element 51 resize 80 percent 6 times
copy and paste over black frame

Template#30 click on white inner layer
selections select all
Float
Defloat
Scrap kit paper 6 resize 80 percent 3 times

Copy and paste as new layer
selections invert delete leave selected
find your tube of choice
I am using artwork of Keith Garvey
resize 80 percent copy and paste as new layer
selections select none

Layers new raster layer fill with color white
move to bottom of template#30
Template #30 click on heart mask layer
selections select all

Scrap kit paper 14 copy and paste as new layer
selections invert delete

Template#30 click on heart selections select all

Scrap kit element 73 resize 80 percent 5 times
paste over heart as new layer
with deformation tool turn like mine and delete template#30 heart
drop shadow of choice

Template#30 click on circle
selections select all

Scrap kit paper 15 copy and paste as new layer
selections invert delete selections select none
Click on dotted circle line of template# 30
scrap kit element 44 resize 80 percent 4 times
place over dotted circle and delete dotted circle from template
give beads drop shadow

Template# 30 left bracket selections select all
Float
Defloat
Scrap kit paper 19 resize 80 percent 3 times
copy and paste as new layer
selections invert delete
selections select none
duplicate mirror delete both brackets from template#30

Click on paper behind tube selections select all

Defloat
Scrap kit element 19 resize 50 percent 2 times
copy and paste as new layer drop shadow

Close off background layer of template#30
and white layer and tiny heart mask layer
merge rest of layers visible
with deformation tool pull out on all sides
look at mine give drop shadow

Find your tube of choice copy and paste as new layer
resize 80 percent drop shadow
scrap kit element 67 resize 50 percent 2 times
place over bow on frame drop shadow

Add your name and copyright
I used gradient glow on my name

Settings
Glow Width 4.00
Soft Corners 25
Overall Opacity 100
Draw Only Outside Selections checked
Click Ok
drop shadow

Click on Template# 30 heart mask layer

Effects
DSB Flux Bright Noise

Settings
Intensity 42
Mix 1 time
Click Ok
Copy merge

Animation Shop
Paste as new animation
Back to PSP Edit undo bright noise

Effects DSB Flux Bright Noise
Intensity 42 Mix 2 times click ok
Copy merge
Animation Shop
Paste after current frame

Back to PSP Edit undo bright noise

Effects DSB Flux bright noise
Intensity 42 Mix 3 times click ok
Copy merge
Animation Shop
paste after current frame
View animation if look ok resize and save as
