click on star layer

Scrap kit paper 5 copy and paste as new layer
move paper over star selections invert delete
Selections select none drop shadow

same tube as I am you will need a license #
Copy and paste your tube resize your tube 80 percent
selections invert delete selections select none
paste your tube again over the first tube look at mine
line tube up and trim off part hanging over frame
with freehand tool lower opacity of layer
delete selections select none put layer opcity back to 100

Scrap kit paper 4 copy and paste as new layer
selections invert delete selections select none

layers arrange send to bottom
Scrap kit paper 6 copy and paste as new layer
resize 115 percent find WSL_Mask 84 merge group
Layers new raster layer layers arrange send to bottom of template3157
fill with colour white

Scrap kit element butterfly 1 resize 65 percent 2 times
image mirror copy and paste as new layer
place right corner of frame
Scrap kit star 2 resize 65 percent
copy and paste as new layer place on any star corner drop shadow
rotate with deformation tool and then duplicate 4 times
and place and rotate like mine
Template# 157 delete all template layers
Duplicate the red and blue stripes and mirror
Add your name and copyrights
I add gradient glow to my name
Eyecandy 4000 Gradient glow
Settings
Glow Width 3.00
Soft Corners 25
Overall Opacity 100
Draw Only Outside Selections checked
Click Ok
Drop shadow
Now to Animate
Alien Skin Xenofex 2 Constellation
Settings
2.00-0-1-1-100-75
Keep Original Image Checked
Click Ok
Copy merge
Animation Shop
Paste as new animation
Back PSP Edit undo constellation
Effects Alien Skin Xenofex 2 Constellation
same settings click random seed
Click Ok

Paste after current frame
Back PSP Edit undo constellation

View if look ok resize and save as
