Mask WSL_Mask 84

Eyecandy 4000 filter

DSB Flux filter

Click on Navigate go to downloads Mask

find mask 84 put in psp mask folder

Tube of choice I am using artwork of Keith Garvey to use

his artwork you will need a License number

Open new image 600 X 600 transparent fill with colour white

scrap kit find frame 2 copy and paste as new layer resize 80 percent

Click on background layer

Scrap kit paper 9 copy and paste as new layer

Find your mask 84 layers merge group

Click on your frame with magic wand

don't forget to click under bow

Selections modifty expand 3

Scrap kit paper 12 resize 80 percent

copy and paste as new layer selections invert delete

move under frame leave selected

Find your tube of choice if using same tube as I am

copy close up and paste as new layer I am using artwork from Keith Garvey

to use his artwork you will need a license #

Copy and paste as new layer resize 80 percent and 90 percent

Selections invert delete selections select none drop shadow

Scrap kit element 4leafrain resize 65 percent copy

on frame layer with magic wand click inside paste as new layer

Selections invert delete move behind tube selections select none

Scrap kit paper 9 with freehand tool go around the pot of gold

copy and paste as new layer resize 65 percent 2 times place like mine

drop shadow

Scrap kit curled ribbon resize 65 percent 3 times copy and paste as new layer

Scrap kit gold horseshoe resize 65 percent

copy and paste as new layer put like mine

with deformation tool rotate left some

Scrap kit 3leafclover resize 65 percent 4 times

copy and paste as new layer put like mine

with deformation tool rotate left drop shadow

Add your name and copyright I used Eyecandy 4000 gradient glow

on my name

Settings

Glow width 5.00

Soft corners 25

Overall Opacity 100

Draw Only Outside Selections checked

Colour white

click OK

Click on rain layer

DsbFlux

Settings

Bright Noise

Intensity 45

Mix 1 time

Click OK

Copy merge

Animation Shop

Paste as new animation

Back to PSP

Edit undo Bright Noise

Effects

DSB Flux Bright Noise

same settings click mix 2 times

Click OK

Copy merge

Animations Shop

Paste after current frame

Back to PSP

Edit undo Bright Noise

Effects

DSB Flux Bright Noise

same settings click on mix 3 times

Copy merge

Animation Shop paste after current frame

View animation if look ok resize and save as
