Click on paper 03 from scrap kit

Copy and paste as new layer

From scrap kit find ribbon frame 02 copy and paste as new layer

resize 75 percent 2 times

With magic wand click inside of ribbonframe

Selections modifty expand 4

Scrap Kit find paper 02

Copy and paste as new layer,Selections invert delete

keep seleted find your tube of choice

I used artwork of Anna Liwang resize 80 percent

copy and paste as new layer place over paper and selections delete

Selections select none,drop shadow of choice

Scrap Kit find flower 01 resize 75 percent 2 times

place behind paper 2 drop shadow

Scrap Kit find bow 06 resize 75 percent 2 times place below flower 01

drop shadow

Scrap Kit find sparkles 02 copy and paste as new layer

place on Background paper look at mine

Scrap Kit find pin 01 resize 75 percent and place like mine

Scrap Kit find butterfly 02 resize 75 percent 3 times

copy and paste as new layer

Place like mine ,duplicate place on flower 01

Add your name and copyrights

Font of choice I used a gradient glow on my name

Effects

Settings Eyecandy 4000

Glow Width 4.00

Soft Corners 25

Overall Opacity 100

Draw Only Outside Selections checked

Click OK

Effects Texture Effects weave

Settings

Gap size 3

Width 4

Overall Opacity 100

Weave and Gap color white

Fill all gaps checked

Click Ok
