To use his artwork you will need a license

Open template 012 duplicate and hide main one delete infro layer

Click on black swirls layer

With magic wand click inside of swirls

layers new raster layer from scrap kit paper 6

resize 80 percent copy and paste as new layer

Selections invert >delete

Leave selected- Effects inner bevel

Settings

Bevel 2

Width 24

Smoothness 47

Depth 3

Ambeience -8

Shininess 42

Angle 19

Intensity 30

Elevation 49

Color white

Click Ok

Template 012 click on large circle

Selections select all

Selections Float >Defloat

Scrap kit paper 01 resize 80 percent copy and paste

as new layer Selections invert delete

Selections select none

Magic wand click on frame circle circle

Layers new raster layer fill with color red

Effects 3 D effects inner bevel same settings as before

Add drop shadow of choice

Template 012 click on layer triangle fill layer

Scrap kit paper 2 resize 80 percent copy and paste as new layer

selections invert delete

Selections select none

Template 012 click on layer small swirls

Selections select all Selections Float >Defloat

Layers new raster layer fill with a nice gradient gold

Selections select none drop shadow

Template 012 click on layer shape frame

layers new raster layer fill with same gold gradient

Effects Graphic Plus Cross Shadow Default settings

Give small swirls same graphic plus cross shadow

Template 012 click on shape frame with magic

click inside of square

Scrap kit paper 3 resize 80 percent 2 times copy and paste

into selections Selections select none

Find your tube of choice pull tube below shape frame

With freehand tool cut off part of tube above frame

paste your tube again over other tube

with freehand tools cut off parts of tube hanging

Template 012 layer dotted square

Selections select all layers new raster layer

fill with color red as before

Scrap Kit sparkle 2 resize 70 percent 3 times

copy and paste as new layer

duplicate 3 times and place like mine

close off all layers and merge sparkles visible

Add your name and copyrights

I used gradient glow on my name

Eyecandy 4000

Settings

Gradient Glow 4.00

Soft Corners 25

Overall opacity 100

Draw Only Outside Selections checked

Click OK

Add elements of choice

On sparkle layer

Effects DSB Flux Bright Noise

Intensity 39

Mix 1 time

Copymerge

Animation Shop

Paste as new animation

Back to PSP Edit undo bright noise

Effects DSB Flux bright noise

Mix 2 times click ok

Copymerge

Animation Shop paste after current frame

Back PSP Edit undo bright noise

Effects DSBFlux Bright Noise

mix 3 times click ok

Animation Shop paste after current frame

View Animation if look ok resize 85 percent 2 times
