Tools Needed
Tube
Scrap Kit
Template 1
Eyecandy 4000
Xenofex 2
Graphic Plus
Mask WSL_Mask 281

Scrap Kit by ScrapsDimensions HERE

Template 1 by ScrapsDimensions HERE

Mask WSL_Mask 281 HERE

Put mask in psp mask folder

Open Template 1 click on raster6
Selections select all Selections float Selections defloat
From scrap kit click on paper 3
resize 80 percent Copy and paste as new layer
selections invert delete pull paper below frame
Change background color to # 96a8c4
now colorize the paper Hue 153 Sat 72
Template1 click on frame selections select all
selections float selections defloat
Add new raster layer and fill with color #96a8c4
Graphic Plus Pool Shadow, settings 50 on all except bottom two 128
for those Selections select none drop shadow frame
With magic wand click inside frame
Find your main tube resize 80 percent
I am using artwork from Barbara Jensen
you will need a license to use her artwork
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Selections invert delete Selections select none
Now paste your tube again over other tube
Effects drop shadow
Click on flower on template1 and delete them
From scrap kit find daises 2 resize 80 percent 4 times
copy and paste and place left bottom corner
drop shadow
Find the pond from scrap kit resize 80 percent 2 times
and with deformation tool pull and stretch to fit behind your tube
Template1 click raster 2 selections select all
selections float selections defloat
From scrap Kit click on paper 7 resize 80 percent 1 time
copy and paste as new layer
Template1 click on raster 9 selections select all
selections float selections defloat
Layers new raster layer and fill layer with color # 96a8c4
Keep selected
Effects Graphic Plus same settings as before
Effects Tramages filter Tow the Line
Settings
Control 0: 80 Control 1 54 Control 2: 48 Control 3: 9 click apply
Selections select none drop shadow
Template1 click raster 3 selections select all
selections float selections defloat
Layers new raster layer fill with color # ce77fd
Effects Tramages filter same settings as before
Selections select none drop shadow
Template click raster 4 Selections select all
Selections float Selections defloat
Layers new raster layer fill with color #96a8c4
Effects Tramages filter Tow the Line same settings as before
Selections select none drop shadow
Duplicate the daisies bottom left and place right top
and with deformation tool rotate daisies til the way you like
Now add elements of choice resize and drop shadow
Layers new raster layer
move to bottom of Template1 fill with color white
Add your name and copyrights
Layers new raster layer fill with color #96a8c4
Layers Load/save mask find mask WSL_Mask 281
to where you saved Load merge group

Now ready to animate

Effects Xenofex2 Constellation
put constellation on mask layer and the four flowers
with settings 2.00 -0-1-1-100-75 random seed first layer 519
copy merge Animation Shop paste as new animation
back to psp Edit undo all the constellations
Effects Xenofex2 Constellations same settings click on random seed
copy merge Animation Shop paste after current frame
back to PSP Edit undo all constellations
Effects Xenofex 2 Constellations same settings click random seed
Copy merge Animation Shop paste after current frame
View Animation if look ok resize and save as..
