Xebofex 2
Graphic Plus Filter

Scrap Kit bt DesignbyGinger HERE

Open Template4 window duplicate and delete main template4
delete copyright on template4
click on retangle layer Selections Select all selections float defloat
Find from polka dot kit paper 639
resize 65 percent 5 times
Colorize Hue 239 Sat 219 2 times copy and paste as new layer
and move over retangle selections invert delete
Selections select none and drop shadow of choice
Go to Tramage Filter with settings
Control0: 80 Control 1: 54 Control 2: 48 Control 3 : 9 apply
Scrap kit find paper 637 reize 65 percent 6 times copy and paste as new layer
Find your main tube with a close up tube
I am using the artwork of IsmelRac
to use his artwork you need a license
click on close up tube resize 65 percent 2 times
Selections select all selections float defloat
paste as new layer selections invert delete leave selected
and find paper 636 resize 65 percent5 times
pull below the tube move to some of the dots how
selections invert delete selections select none
close off all layers except tube paper
layers merge visible
click on the merge layer and go presets retangle shape
color #df7699 foreground color preshape line width 3
draw around the merge layer pull and stretch the nodes until like mine
close off all layers except merge and frame layers
merge visible open layers
Duplicate merge layer rotate right 5 duplicate again rotate 5 left
close off all layers except retangles
merge visible drop shadow
Template4 click on flower layer selections select all selections float defloat
find paper 626 resize 65 percent 3 times copy and paste as new layer
selections invert delete selections select none
Find rose 609 from kit resize 65 percent 4 times
Copy and paste as new layer and place over the holes
and duplicate and place on all the holes and click back on the polka dot retangle
find bow 580 from kit resize 65 percent 5 times
copy and paste as new layer place like mine and drop shadow
find note 548 resize 65 percent 6 times
drop shadow and place like mine.
find note 537 resize 65 percent 6 times
and place like mine drop shadow
Template4 click on lines layer selections select all selections float defloat
find paper 634 resize 65 percent 2 times
copy and paste as new layer
selections invert delete Selections select none
with deformation tool pull out to edge of lines
Find your main tube again and copy and paste full tube on top of lines
resize 80 percent drop shadow
Template4 bottom layer find from kit doodles579
resize 65 percent copy and paste as new layer
duplicate mirror flip to bottom right side
close all layers except doodles and merge visible
close all layers except notes and merge visible
Add your name and copyright
I used font Curlz MT size 48 stroke 3 color white
put name on lines like mine or your choice
I used eyecandy 4000 gradient glow with settings
Gradient Width 3.00 Soft Corners 25 Overall Opacity 100
Draw Only Outside Selections Checked Color #df7699

Now we are ready to animate

Xenofex2 Constellation
Settings 2.00 -0-1-1-100-75 Random seed
first layer 519 on layers Rose,Doodle and Notes layers click ok
Copy merge Amination Shop paste as new animation
Back to PSP Edit undo Constellation on all 3 layers
and Effects Xenofex2 Constellation
same settings click random seed on same 3 layers click ok
copy merge Animation Shop paste after current frame
Back to PSP Edit undo Constellation on all 3 layers
Effects Xenofex2 Constellation same settings click random seed click ok
Copy merge Animation Shop paste after current frame
view animation if look ok resize and save as
