Put WSL_Mask249 in your PSP Mask Folder

Tube of Choice I am using art work from Keith Garvey

To use his artwork you need a License to use

Lets get started
File New New Image 600 X 600 Pixels
Transparent checked
Click Ok

Fill image with Color White
Scrap Kit Paper 6 Copy and Paste as New Layer
Resize 80 Percent

Layers Load/Save Mask
Load Mask From Disk
Look for the Mask WSL_Mask 249

Source Luminance checked
Fit to canvas checked
Show all mask checked
Click load
Layer Pallete Merge Group

Scrap kit Heart Frame 2
Copy and Paste as new Layer
With Magic Wand click inside of Frame
Selections Modify Expand 6
Scrap Kit Paper 4 Copy and paste as new Layer
Resize 80 Percent 2 Times
Selections Invert Delete
Move Paper under Frame leave Selected

Find your tube of choice I used artwork by Keith Garvey
To use his artwork you need a License #

Copy and Paste your tube close up tube
Place like mine Resize 80 Percent
Selections Invert Delete
Selections Select None
Paste your tube again over that one Resize 80 Percent
Line your tube up over other tube
Layer Pallete lower Opacity to 74 Percent
With Freehand Tool draw around bottom of tube
Selections Invert Delete
Selections Select None
Effects 3D Effects Drop Shadow
Layer Pallete put Opacity back to 100 Percent

Scrap Kit Element Flower Cluster
Copy and paste as new Layer
Resize 70 Percent and Resize 80 Percent
Place like mine Drop Shadow

Scrap Kit Element Glitter Edge 2
Copy and Paste as New Layer
Resize 80 Percent 2 Times

Scrap Kit Element Sequins Copy and Paste as new Layer
Place behind Heart Paper Layer like mine
Resize 80 Percent Erase part outside of Glitter Edge Element
Duplicate Withe Deformation Tool Rotate like mine
Erase from outside of Glitter Edge Element and on inside
of Heart Paper

Scrap Kit Element Butterfly 1
Copy and Paste as New Layer
Resize 70 Percent Once Resize 50 Percent 2 Times
Place like mine Drop Shadow Duplicate Mirror

Add your name and Copyrights
I used Font Before the Rain
HERE
I put Gradient Glow on my name

EyeCandy 4000

Settings
Glow Width 3.00
Soft Corners 25
Overall Opacity 100
Draw Only Outside Selections Checked
Color White
Click Ok
Drop Shadow

Now ready for Animation
Click on the Glitter Edge Element Layer

Twinkle Rotation 45
Keep Original Image Checked
Random Seed 1
Click Ok
Copy Merge

Animation Shop
Paste as New Animation
Back PSP
Edit Undo Xenofex2 Constellation
Same Settings
Click Random Seed
Click Ok
Copy Merge

Animation Shop
Paste After Currant Frame

Back PSP
Edit Undo Xenofex2 Constellation

Effects Xenofex2 Constellation
Same Settings
Click Random Seed
Click Ok
Copy Merge

Animation Shop
Paste After Currant Frame
View Animation
