File New Open New Image
700 X 700 Pixels
Transparent Checked
Click OK
Filled Image with Color White

Scrap Kit Paper 6 Copy and Paste as New Layer
Layers Load/Save Mask
Load Mask From Disk
Find your Mask WSL_Mask327 you saved

Source Luminance Checked
Fit To Canvas Checked
Hide All Mask Checked
Click Load
Layer Pallete Delete Mask Say Yes
Merge Group

Scrap Kit Frame Element 61
Copy and Paste as New Layer
Resize 80 Percent
Magic Wand from Tool Pallete
Click inside Frame
Selections Modifty Expand 7
Click OK

Scrap Kit Paper 6 Copy and Paste as New Layer
Resize 80 Percent
Selections Invert Delete
Move Paper below Frame Keep Selected

Find your Image of Choice or use the one I used
Copy and Paste as New Layer
Selections Select none
With Deformation Tool Pull Image out some
Go back to Frame Layer
with Magic Wand Click inside Frame

Scrap Kit Element 27 Copy and Paste as new Layer
Resize 80 Percent 3 Times
Selections Invert Delete
Pull under Frame
Selections Select None

Scrap Kit Element 3 Clock
Copy and Paste as New Layer
Resize 70 Percent
layers New Raster Layer
Tool Pallete
Preshape Tool Draw out Elispe Circle
size of inside Clock
Layers Convert to Layer

If using same tube I am use close up tube
or tube of choice with close up tube
Copy and Paste close up tube
Selections Invert Delete
Selections Select None
Layers Pallete lower Opacity 80 Percent
Merge Clock tube and Paper Down

Resize 70 Percent 2 Times
Place Right Top like mine

Scrap Kit Element 52 Copy and Paste as New Layer
Place on top Right
Resize 70 Percent 5 Times Duplicate

Click on the Pen Tool Color black top Material Pallete
Draw lines on both Balloons Drop Shadow

Add your name and Copyrights
put same Gradient Glow on your name

Ready to Animate

Click on the Image Layer
Layers New Raster Layer
Duplicate 2 more Times so you have 3 Layers
Name them Snow 1,snow 2,snow 3
Click on Frame Layer with Magic Wand Inside

On Snow I

Size Range Begin 0
Size Range Ends 20
Hardness 100
Transparency 0
Snow Color( Basic Snow)
Random Seed 0
Click Ok

Close Snow 1 Open Snow 2
Effects Snowflakes Same Settings
move Random Seed to 4
Click Ok

Close Snow 2 Open Snow 3 Same Settings
Move Random Seed to 8

Close Snow 3
Selections Select None

Open Snow1
Copy Merge
Animation Shop
Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP Close Snow 1 Open snow 2
CopyMerge
Animation Shop
Paste afterCurrant Frame

Back to PSP
Close Snow 2 Open Snow 3
Copy merge

Paste After Currant Frame

Display Time 20 Click Ok

View Animations
If look ok Resize and Save As
