Lets get started

File New Image 600 X 600 Pixels

Fill with Color White

Scrap Kit Paper 1 Copy and Paste as New Layer

Resize 80 Percent

Layers Load/Save Mask

Load Mask From Disk

Find WSL_Mask 254

Source Luminance Checked

Fit To Canvas Checked

Hide All Mask Checked

Load

Layer Pallete MergeGroup

Duplicate Merge Down

Resize Mask Layer 80 Percent

Find Gold Frame from the Supplies

Copy and Paste as New Layer

REsize 80 Percent

Adjust Sharpness Sharpen

With Magic Wand click inside of Frame

Selections Modify Expand 5

Click Ok

Layers New Raster Layer

Fill Layer with Color #d88e9d

Effects Texture Effects Texture

Canvas Simple

Settings

Size 62

Smoothness 2

Depth 1

Ambience 0

Shininess 0

Angle 315

Color White

Intensity 50

Elevation 30

Click Ok

Move below Frame

Adjust Sharpeness Sharpen

Find your tube of Choice or the one I am using

Copy and Paste as new layer

Resize 80 Percent

Selections Invert Delete

Pull tube below Frame

Selections Select None

Drop Shadow

Scrap Kit Element Embellishment

Copy and Paste as New Layer

Image Mirror

Resize 65 Percent place like mine

Drop Shadow

Scrap Kit Element Lantern

Copy and Paste as New Layer

Resize 65 Percetnt 3 Times

Place Right Side like mine

Adjust Sharpness Sharpen

Drop Shadow

Scrap Kit Element Calla Lillies

Copy and Paste as New Layer

Resize 65 Percent 2 Times

Place like mine

Drop Shadow

Scrap Kit Element Scattered Glitter

Copy and Paste as New Layer

High light Mask Layer

Resize 80 Percent

With Deformation Tool Pull out some

Place like mine

Drop Shadow

Write Text Princess top right side

Font I used BrockScript just Google for the Font

I used Gradient Glow on mine Color White

Settings

EyeCandy 4000

Gradient Glow 3.00

Soft Corners 25

Overall Opacity 100

Draw Only Outside Selections Checked

Click Ok

Drop Shadow

Scrap Kit Bow 1

Copy and Paste as New Layer

Move to Top of Layer Palette

Resize 65 Percent 4 times

Place at top of Frame

Image Flip with Deformation Tool

Rotate Left some look at mine

Drop Shadow

Add your Name and Copyrights

Give same Gradient Glow on Name

Now ready to Animate

Copy Merge

Animation Shop

Paste as New Animation

Paste After Current Frame 9 Times

and now you have 10 Frames in all

Click on your Flame you saved from Supplies

Edit Select All on the Flame Frames

On main Frames Edit Select All

Back on Flame Frames Click on Flame Frame 1 and drag to main Frames

Line up over the Flame and when looks like even with candle flame

Let go of your mouse

View Animation and if look ok

Resize and save as gif
