Load/Save Mask
Load Mask From Disk
Find Mask WSL_Mask 84

Source Luminance Checked
Fit To Canvas Checked
Hide All Mask Checked
Click Load
Layer Palette Merge Group
With Deformation Tool Pull Out Mask on all Sides

Scrap Kit Frame Triple Frame
Copy and Paste as New Layer

Resize 80 Percent Place Over Mask Layer
With Deformation Tool Resize to Fit over Mask Layer

Click Inside Frame with Magic Wand
Selections Modifity Expand 4

Copy and Paste as New Layer
Selections Invert Delete
Move P-a-p-er under Frame
Keep Selected
Find your tube of Choice

Resize 80 Percent 2 times
