I am using artwork from Keith Garvey you need a license to use

Mask WSL_Mask 38

Put mask in your psp mask folder

Open template#64 close and delete preview layer

TOU layer and text layer

Click on image 5 of template#64

Selections select all

Layers new raster layer fill with colour white

Scrap Kit ct americana text copy and paste into selections

Selections select none

Effects eyecandy 4000 gradient glow

Settings

Glow Width 4

Soft Corners 25

Overall Opacity 100

Draw Only Outside Selections Checked

Colour Red

Click Ok

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste as new layer

Selections invert delete selections select none

give same gradient glow and drop shadow

copy and paste as new layer selections invert delete

change glow colour to white drop shadow

scrap kit paper 9 copy and paste as new layer

Layers Load/Save Mask

find your WSL_Mask 38 merge group

With deformation tool pull mask out all around

copy and paste as new layer resize 75 percent

selections invert delete

Leave selected find your tube of choice

If using same tube as I am you will need a License to use

Paste your tube again over that one resize 75 percent

With freehand tool cut off part of tube hanging over

Copy and paste as new layer selections invert delete select none

Effects eyecandy 4000 same gradient glow except

change colour to white drop shadow

Scrap Kit element bow wrap 2

copy and paste as new layer resize 75 percent 3 times

and place like mine

With deformation tool pull to edge of red frame

drop shadow pull below doodle layer

Template#64 click on BP curley 1 layer

Scrap Kit find seamless glitter red pattern

fill doodle selections select none

Scrap Kit element blomssom 2 resize 75 percent 3 times

place over the template64 flowers

With preshape tool find star 2

with red sparkle pattern draw out a few stars and place out like mine

Scrap Kit find blue glitter pattern and on red frame

write text Happy 4th of July

Add your name and copyrights

Give name same gradient glow

I used Red sparkle glitter for my name

same setting for gradient glow use colour white

Close all layers except for stars and Happy 4th of July

Merge these layers visible

Reopen all layers

Duplicate the merged layer with stars and 4th 2 times

close 2 and 3 layers

Now ready to animate on layer 1

Effects Alien Skin Constellation

Settings

2-0-1-1-100-75

Random Seed 1

Click OK

Animation Shop

Paste as new animation

Back PSP close layer 1 and open layer 2 give same constellation

click random seed

Click Ok

Animations Shop

Paste after current frame

Back PSP close layer and open layer 3

same constellations settings click Random seed

Click Ok

Animation Shop

Paste after currant frame

Click on View Animation

if look ok resize and save as
