Open your template#164 close rasters 5& 6

click on raster 1 selections select all from scrap kit

find paper 3 copy and paste into selections selections select none

Find your mask WSL_Mask 38

Layers new mask from image source window find mask and click ok

merge group

with deformation tool pull mask layer out on all sides

Layers new raster layer move to bottom of template#164

fill with color white and move below mask layer

Template#164 click on raster 2

Selections select all

Float

Defloat

Scrap Kit find paper 3 resize 80 percent copy and paste as new layer

Selections invert delete selections select none

give drop shadow of choice

Template#164 click on raster 3

Selections select all

Scrap kit paper 4 copy and paste as new layer

Selections invert delete

move paper below frame selections select none

Template#164 click on frame fill with color # b06eb0

Effects 3D effects inner bevel

Settings

Bevel 2

Width 5

Smoothness 18

Depth 24

Ambience 8

Shininess 25

Angle 195

Intensity 40

Elevation 50

Click Ok

Click inside of frame modifty expand 5

Copy and paste your tube of choice

Selections invert delete selections select none

Scrap kit mask2 resize 65 percent 2 times

copy and paste as new layer

place mask left top corner of frame like mine

give your tube drop shadow and same drop shadow on frame

Template#164 do the top frame the same way except add the jester mask

resize 65 percent 2 times selections select none

Scrap kit find Mardigras Champange resize 65 percent 2 times

place like mine drop shadow

Scrap kit butterfly2 resize 65 percent 2 times

scrap kit stars deco 1 copy and paste as new layer

duplicate mirror erase the top big stars

Add your name and copyrights

Template #164 close all layers except the bling layer merge visible

open all layers

Adjust add remove noise add noise 40 uniforn checked

Monchrome checked click ok

Copy merge

Animation Shop

Paste as new animation

Back PSP Edit undo noise

Adjust add noise 45 other same settings

click ok

Animation Shop

Paste after current frame

Back PSP Edit undo noise

Adjust add noise 50 click ok

Copy merge

Animation shop paste after current frame

View animation

if look ok resize and save as
