was written in psp 9,any verison will work

Tools Needed

Mask WSL_Mask 145

Scrap Kit Delicate

Tube of choice

Eyecandy 4000

Xenofex 2 Constellation

WSL_Mask 145 HERE

put mask in psp mask folder

ScrapKit HERE

Open new image 600 X 600 flood fill with white

copy and paste paper 10 or paper of choice

Layers load/save

find WSL_Mask 145

Source Luminance checked

Fit to layer checked

Hide all mask checked

Load mask merge group

Find frame 2 from scrap kit

copy and paste as new layer resize 80 percent

With magic wand click inside frame

Selections modifty expand 4

From scrap kit find paper 9 or paper of choice

Copy and paste as new layer

Pull down so flowers are showing ,Selections invert>delete

Pull below frame and leave selected

Find your main tube of choice

I am using artwork of Elias Chatzoudis

To use his artwork , you will need a license

Copy and paste as new layer Selections invert delete

Selections select none

Pull below frame paste the tube again

over that one to make look like coming out of frame

Layer lower opacity to 66 with freehand tool

cut off parts of tube hanging over frame

Put opacity back to 100, give frame drop shadow

From scrap kit find ribbonwrap1 resize 70 percent

Copy and paste as new layer paste over ribbon on frame

With freehand tool cut off at end like mine give drop shadow

Add elements of choice resize and drop shadow

Add your name and copyrights

For my name I used colors from the pink and blue flowers

from scrap kit

make gradient and find your gradient you made

angle 45 repeats 1 invert checked click ok

I used eyecandy 4000 gradient glow on my name

Settings

Glow Width 5.00

Soft Corners 25

Draw Only Outside Selections checked

Click on mask layer and add some sparkles

Alien Skin Xenofex 2 Constellation

Settings

2.00-0-1-1-100-75 random seed first layer 519

Copy merge Animation Shop

Paste as new animation

Back to psp

Edit undo constellations

Effects

Xenofex2 Constellation

Leave same settings click random seed

OK

Copy merge

Animation Shop

Paste after current frame

Back to PSP Edit undo Xenofex2 Constellation

Effects leave same settings

Click random seed click ok

Copy merge Animation Shop

Paste after current frame

View animation if look ok resize and save as
