Tools Needed

Scrap Kit Romantic by Jaelop Designs
Eyecandy 4000
Xenofex2
Font MC Sweetie Hearts

Open new image 600 X 600 white
Find frame 28 resize 80 percent 5 times
copy and paste as new layer
Find 31 flower rope cut and place pieces of it on the frame like mine
using freehand tool and deformation tool
stretch and pull with each piece until you have all frame done
Hide background layer and frame layer and merge visible
Find paper 8 resize 80 percent 3 times
and with magic wand click inside of frame
Selections modifty expand 2
copy and paste the paper 8 as new layer
Selections invert delete
colorize the paper 255 255 keep selected
and find your main tube of choice
I am using artwork of Barbara Jensen
to use her artwork you will need a license number
copy and paste your tube as new layer
Selections invert delete copy and paste your tube again over other tube
and line it up and lower layer Opacity to 70 percent
and with freehand tool draw from around
where to curve at to over the frame delete
and put opacity back to 1oo percent
Selections select none
Find rehearts 13 resize 80 percent 5 times copy and paste as new layer
and use deformation tool to place and pull and size hearts
Find heart 17 resize 65 percent 6 times
copy and paste as new layer and place like mine
With font of choice write text BE Mine on heart in white
and give gradient glow settings
Glow Width 3.00 Soft Corners 25 Overall Opacity 100
Draw Only Outside Selections Checked Color red Click OK
Find feather 1 resize 65 percent 3 times or like mine
copy and paste and put over paper layer in frame
duplicate mirror close all layers except the feathers
merge visible drop shadow
Find rose 15 red resize 65 percent 4 times copy and paste as new layer
Find rose 16 white resize 65 percent 4 times
copy and paste as new layer place by red rose
duplice red rose and place by white rose and do white rose same
Find leaf 32 resize 65 percent 7 times
place leaves like mine on the roses
Find ribbon 26 resize 65 percent 4 times
copy and paste as new layer place like mine
I added Butterflies of choice ..
Add your name and copyrights I used font MC Sweetie Hearts tff
use same gradient glow in white on text

To Animate Xenofex2 Constellation
Settings 2.00 -0-1-1- 100 -75 random seed
first layer 519 on hearts on feather on roses copy merge
Animation Shop paste as new animation
back PSP Edit undo Constellation on all 3 layers.
Effects Xenofex2 leave settings same and click random seed
for the hearts layer feather layer roses layer.
copy merge Animation Shop paste after current frame
back to PSP Edit undo Constellation on all 3 layers
Effects Xenofex2 Constellation on hearts feather and roses
hit random seed click OK
Animation Shop paste after current frame
View Animation if look ok resize and save as
