Mask of choice I used Vix 161

Open Template 87 add new raster layer

fill with color #48708a

layers load/save mask load mask of choice

I am using Vix 161 delete mask yes merge group

Template click merged layer find paper 5

copy and paste into selection selections select none

Template click on raster 2 magic wand click on layer

Find paper 10 copy and paste into selection

selections select none

give drop shadow

H & V 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5.00

color black

click ok

Find flower 2 resize 65 percent

copy and paste as new layer

resize 65 percent copy and paste as new layer

resize 65 percent and place over the template flower

give same drop shadow

duplicate 3 times and place over each template flower

Find drops 1 resize 65 percent 3 times and place like mine

Find tube of choice

I am using the artwork of Barbara Jensen

to use her artwork you need a license

resize tube 85 percent and give same drop shadow

Find butterfly 3 resize 65 percent

copy and paste as new layer

drop shadow place like mine

Find ribbon 1 copy and paste like mine

Resize 65 percent

Delete all template layers and hide

background layer and mask layer ribbon drops heart butterfly tube,

merge visible the template layers and flowers

resize 85 percent and unhide all layers and resize

to fit template layers like mine

I put gradient glow to my name

Eyecandy 4000

Glow width 4.00

Soft coners 25

Overall Opacity 100

Draw only outside selections checked

color white

give same drop shadow

click on Mask layer

Effects Texture Effects Weave

gap size 1

width5

Opacity 20

Weave and Gap color white

Fill gaps checked click OK

Copy merge Animation Shop paste as new animation

Back to PSP Edit undo weave

Effects Texture Effects change width to 6 click OK

Copy merge animation shop paste after current frame

Back to PSP Edit undo weave

Effects Texture Effects change width to 7 click OK..

Copy merge Animation Shop paste after current frame

Resize 85 percent 2 times

View Animation if look ok save as
