Scrap Kit by Doris Nautical Vibes

Mask by weescotslasscreations
HERE
Save WSL_Mask 84 to your PSP Mask Folder
Tube of choice I am using artwork by Elias
HERE
You will need a License to use his artwork
Lets get started
Click of File New Image 600 X600 Pixels Transparent
Click Ok
Fill Image with Color White
Scrap Kit Paper 5
Copy and Paste as New Layer
Layers Load/Save Mask
Load Mask From Disk
Find WSL_Mask 84
Source Luminance Checked
Fit To Canvas Checked
Hide All Mask Checked
Click Load
Merge Group
Scrap Kit Frame 1
Copy and Paste as New Layer
Resize 65 Percent
Click on Mask Layer with Deformation Tool
Pull out some behind frame
From my supplies find Image or Image of Choice
With Magic Wand click inside Frame
Selections Modifity Expand 4
Copy and Paste your Seashore Image as New Layer
Leave selected
Scrap Kit Paper 5 Copy and Paste as New Layer
Pull Paper below Frame
Selections Invert Delete
Selections Select None
Click on Deformation Tool
Pull your Seashore Image out on all Sides some
Look at mine
Layer Pallet Click on Image Merge Down to Paper
Drop Shadow Frame
Scrap Kit Element Nv Life Ring
Copy and Paste as New Layer
Resize 65 Percent 4 times
Place right side of Frame
Look at mine
Drop Shadow
From Supplies find the dirt tube
Copy and Paste as New Layer
Place bottom of Frame
Drop Shadow
Find your tube of choice
