I am using artwork of Elias Chalzoudis
HERE
Open template #13 duplicate and deleter main template#13
delete the copyright layers

Scrap Kit find frame 3 copy and paste as new layer
on template#13 resize 60 percent 1 time and resize 75 percent
with deformation tool pull top and bottom of frame until the rectangle is same size
of frame look at mine
delete rectangle layer on template #13
with magic wand click inside of frame
Selections modifty expand 5

Scrap Kit paper 5 resize 80 percent 3 times
copy and paste paper selections invert delete
move paper under frame leave selected and find your tube of choice
I am using artwork from Elias Chalzoustus HERE
copy and paste as new layer resize 80 percent
selections invert delete
Selections select none
Paste your tube again and resize 80 percent
with freehand tool cut off part hanging over frame and hit delete
give both tubes drop shadow of choice and give frame same shadow

Template #13 click on SD Circle
selections select all float <> defloat
with deformation tool pull the circle layer out some
look at mine

selections select none

Scrap kit paper 4 resize 80 percent
copy and paste as new layer selections invert delete do doodle on left same way
give both drop shadow

Scrap kit hug bear resize 80 percent 3 times and then 60 percent
copy and paste as new layer on right of frame

Add elements of choice

Scrap kit glitter frame 2 resize 70 percent
copy and paste over template#13 background
duplicate flip
close off all layers except glitter heart layer and merge visible

Scrap kit rose garden resize 70 percent 2 times place right side of frame
drop shadow duplicate mirror left place behind flowers

Add your copyright and name
I used gradient glow to my name

Eyecandy 4000
Glow Width 3.00
Soft Corners 25
Overall Opacity 100
Draw Only Outside Selections checked
Click OK

Click on glitter heart layer
DSB Flux bright noise
Intensity 38
Mix 1 time
Click OK
Click on heart rain layer if you add with choice do same effect
Copy merge
Animation Shop
Paste as new animation

Back to PSP Edit undo bright noise on both layers

Effects DSB Flux bright noise
Intensity 38
Mix 2 times
Click OK

Copy merge
Animation Shop Paste after current frame

Back to PSP
Edit undo bright noise on both layers
Effects DSB Flux bright noise
Intensity 38
Mix 3 times
Click OK
Copy merge
Animations Shop
paste after currant frame
Back to PSP Edit undo bright noise on both layers

Effects DSB Flux bright noise
Intensity 38
Mix 4 times
click OK
Copy merge
Animation Shop paste after current frame
while in animation shop if you did the candles as your choice
find a flame animation and edit select all and on main image
drag your flame and place on the candle flame
View animation if look ok resize and save as
